Moale si catifelat, cu miros de mure, cirese si coacaze, completat cde notele subtile de vanilie. Se poate servi la 18° C alaturi de friptura de vita, proc, chiar fazan sau curcan. Se asociaza de minune cu branzeturile servite "a la francaise" la sfarsitul mesei.Soft and velvety on the palate, blackberry, cherry and red currants nose with well integrated vanilla. Serve at 18°C with any steak, beef, pork and even pheasant and turkey. An excellent choice for cheeses served “a la francaise” at the end of the meal.
